We chose Real Estate because of the freedom and flexibility it provides our family and the unlimited income potential that challenges us to grow every day to succeed all while helping others realize and reach their goals and dreams.

What was your journey to where you are today?

Beginning in vacation home property management in the Disney area led us to understand the nuances of the vacation home buyer. We focus our efforts on this niche although we also sell residential/relocation homes as well. We quickly moved our attention to the luxury vacation home market as it is very difficult to navigate the process for a successful short-term rental and to understand the luxury second home client and what that buyer is looking for in both the home and anonymity.

What is your biggest success story to date?

Our story wouldn't be about the biggest paycheck but the opportunity to help thousands make their dream of a second home a reality. We couldn't really pick just one because whether it's the family who purchased a condo to escape the dreary winters of Canada or the friends we have made along the way that we have been asked to stay with while traveling abroad, each encounter is unique and special.

What makes your market unique?

Being in the Disney/Universal area gives us an advantage over every other vacation home market. We get more travelers than anywhere else in the US and these travelers come year round so we don't have much fluctuation of seasons. This provides a very stable earning platform for our investment buyer. For our second home buyer, we have the Florida sun close to the theme parks, driving distance to the beach on both sides, and the option of luxury short-term homes or non-short-term rental areas.
