Kim Kardashian‘s little half-sis Kylie is all grown up: so much so, that the teen—who, at 17, is not even legally an adult yet—just plunked down $2.7 million for a Mediterranean-style villa in a suburban neighborhood, far away from Hollywood’s glitz and glam.
The youngest daughter in the infamous Jenner-Kardashian clan, the hot star presumably nabbed the 4,900-square-footer to be closer to Khloe and Kourtney, who live a block away in the same exclusive gated community in Calabasas.
While it’s perhaps far more “family-friendly” and elegant than the kind of home most would expect any 17-year-old to choose, the five-bedroom abode is still pretty awesome, touting a cool home theater and a free-form pool out back.
Though mom Kris is reportedly helping iron out all the details, the newly-minted crib will be 100% Kylie’s, likely paid for by her role in E! Reality TV’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
