It looks like Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are ready to leave Soho! The power couple recently listed their penthouse condominium for $24.5 million. Located at 76 Crosby Street, the unit boasts five bedrooms (convertible to seven), four and one-half baths, 12-foot ceilings, large windows, dark-stained white oak flooring, two formal dining rooms, a home gym with access to a secluded grotto and a 2,500 square foot private roof deck.
The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances, including a fully vented six-burner Wolf stove with griddle, two Electrolux dishwashers and three Sub-Zero refrigerators. The luxurious master suite features two large walk-in closets and a marble bath with a a deep air jet Jacuzzi.
Ripa and Consuelos did a two-year renovation of the property, for which they originally paid $9.5 million in 2005.
