Just recently removed from the announcement that she’s divorcing Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has rented a new apartment.
The Chelsea, Manhattan apartment features 12 rooms over its 4000-square-feet of living space. Rent for the apartment is $12,000 a month. The apartment is accented by photography from Robert Mapplethorpe and works from Hudson River School masters.
Holmes reportedly secretly set up the rental agreement while Cruise was out of the country filming a movie.
Since the divorce announcement, Holmes has been spotted around New York including at an ice cream parlor with Suri, her daughter with Cruise.
