Judge Judy Lists Manhattan Pied-a-Terre for $9 Million

Prime time’s favorite judge, Judy Sheindlin, has listed her Manhattan apartment for $9 million. Located on the 11th floor of the chic Sherry Netherland building on Fifth Avenue, the 3,000 square foot residence boasts two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, dark hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen and breathtaking views of Fifth Avenue and lower Central Park.

Sheindlin and her husband Jerry — also a real-life-turned-television judge — bought the unit three years for $6,750,000. Maintenance charges for the posh apartment are an astounding $17,411 per month, but that’s not entirely unfathomable for a building where the priciest apartment is currently listed for $95 million.
