Jim Carrey Lists Malibu Colony Home

Actor Jim Carrey has placed his oceanfront Malibu Colony home on the market for $13.95 million. Carrey paid $9.75 million for the home back in 2002.

The beach estate features five bedrooms and five full baths in 2,800 square feet. It includes a living room, family room and kitchen opening to an ocean view deck.

Carrey has been spotted shopping for penthouses in Manhattan. The star of Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and How the Grinch Stole Christmas could be coming in to more money soon to buy a replacement home; he’s set to reprise his role as Lloyd Christmas in a sequel to his hit film Dumb and Dumber in 2014.
