Jake Gyllenhaal Buys $8.63M Apartment at NYC’s 443 Greenwich Street

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal, well known for his starring role in Brokeback Mountain, just bought a $8.63 million apartment at 443 Greenwich St. in New York City through his Woodrow Trust, The Real Deal reported.

His 2,868-square-foot residence has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.

Designed by CetraRuddy Architects, the unit, with high ceilings and an open kitchen, is lined with reclaimed wood and wide plank white-oak floors, and is finished with marble and stainless steel accents.

Gyllenhaal will have direct access to a key-locked elevator, as well as to a plethora of amenities, such as a 71-foot indoor lap pool, a fitness center with private studios, a climate controlled wine cellar, an underground parking garage, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck, and a 24-hour concierge service, among many other exclusivities, according the property website.

Other celebrities who live in the building include Jennifer Lawrence, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Harry Styles, and British Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton.
