When is the best time to list a home and why? 

Any time is good on Anguilla, but late fall is the best! The area is the busiest starting in December leading through June. July – October are very slow on the island, and many of the hotels are closed for 6-8 weeks in September and October.

What are you/your company’s goals for the New Year?

I would like to market more to the very high-end clientele, and I would also like to hire two new sale people. I would also like to have a mobile app designed for Island Dream Properties.

How will they set you apart from the competition? 

More salespeople means more people out marketing and selling our listings. 30% of my web traffic is done on smartphones or tablets, and none of the competition currently have a mobile app.
