Inside Europe’s First Ritz-Carlton Residences In Istanbul

Located in the upscale residential neighborhood of Nişantaşı, Istanbul sits Europe’s first Ritz-Carlton Residences.

The original building was a product of Dogan Tekeli-Sami Sisa Architects in the 1970s, and was later acquired by BLG Capital, a Bilgili Holding Affiliate, in an off-market transaction in June 2014 for a complete redevelopment. BLG Capital tapped Tanju Ozelgin of TO Design Studio, who also designed BLG’s Soho House Istanbul, to design the luxury residences, offices, and retail spaces with nods to the City of the World’s Desire.

The 121 residences are comprised of six types of floor plans, including garden duplexes and penthouses. There are numerous amenities including 24/7 reception and concierge services available to each residence offering airline/private air reservations, grocery shopping, laundry/dry cleaning, personal chef services, in-home spa treatments, and more. A state-of-the-art fitness center is open 24 hours a day with availability for expert private training and yoga classes.

An indoor pool and wellness center with Turkish Baths and other spa services are focused on rejuvenation treatments and vitality, all of which are rooted in Turkish culture. Not to mention there is a private cinema room with an extensive in-house library that can also be reserved for private showings of Ritz Kids programming featuring a full-size playground.

This modern and luxurious living space is a must-visit spot in Istanbul and the numerous amenities will make your home feel like every day is a vacation.
