Glass House Boca Raton is the first contemporary glass building in the heart of downtown Boca Raton featuring 10 stories and 28 gracious residences. The intimate luxury building launched sales in February ranging from $2.5 to 6.9 million with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing as the exclusive sales and marketing representative.

On May 1, the sales gallery celebrated its grand opening with a remarkable ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event was attended by Adam Gottbetter, VP of Finance & Development of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC; Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage, Douglas Elliman Florida; Sarah Pearson, executive vice president of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce; and other prominent figures. The development is set to be completed in late 2026.

Glass House’s innovative design is the work of West Palm Beach firm Garcia Stromberg by celebrity interior designer Wade Hallock of Hallock Design Group. The landscape architecture of the space was completed by the award-winning AGTLAND of Delray Beach. The open-concept layouts feature two to four-bedroom floor plans. Each residence offers generous living, dining, and entertainment areas with expansive windows and a private terrace. The gourmet kitchens boast custom Italian cabinetry, professional-grade appliances, and European porcelain countertops. The spa-inspired bathrooms feature dual sink vanities and mosaic shower floors. A curated selection of residences is also available for customization.

Offering a plethora of upscale amenities, the residence appeals to a variety of prospective residents. The first floor presents a state-of-the-art fitness center, infrared sauna, steam room, and plunge pool. Stepping outside, the premier rooftop space includes the city’s only rooftop pool, private cabanas, sun deck, jacuzzi, fire pit, and catering kitchen. Further, the property also boasts a residents-only lounge called the “Palmetto Lounge” for a dedicated and tranquil getaway. Photo Credit: wearevisuals
