About Manny Angelo Varas and MV Group USA
After being named one of the Top 100 Entrepreneurs in the Nation and having run one of the fastest-growing Hispanic businesses in the country, MV Group's President and CEO, Manny Angelo Varas, is one of the most well-known business leaders in South Florida.
Founding MV Group in 2006, Varas and his team of home builders acquired projects
throughout many of South Florida’s most iconic and well-known developments, totaling nearly 900,000 sq. ft. of construction and $300 million in real estate value by 2013.
Ranked Top 2 Best Residential Contractors by BuildZoom in 2017, MV Group offers full-service, turnkey results unparalleled in the industry to this day, resulting in multi-million-dollar custom homes, commercial buildings and corporate spaces, and uber-luxury condominiums.
“I don’t want people to hire us because we can do work in a timely manner; I want people to hire us because we’re the best at what we do. It’s one masterpiece at a time,” Varas says.
But Varas’ business achievements began well over a decade ago when U.S. President George W. Bush appointed him to the Presidential Business Commission. He then made history in 2004 by becoming the youngest President/CEO and sole owner of a Hispanic business to be ranked 255 amongst Hispanic Magazine’s Business 500.
As alumni of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Florida's International University, Varas holds a Master’s in Business Administration MBA, and titles of state-licensed General Contractor, Roofing Contractor, Real Estate Broker, and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.
