Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in the homes and neighborhoods of your favorite onscreen characters? La Jolla realtors have revealed the value of some of the most iconic homes on our screens. Using zip codes, the team calculated the average home price of similar homes within the same area, revealing how much it would cost to buy the home if it was on sale today. Many of these homes are fictional and do not actually exist, but these prices give a good idea of how much a home in the area would cost.

A five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion in Bel Air, Los Angeles, California, similar to the one in Fresh Prince of Bel Air, will cost you $9,000,000, the highest value on La Jolla’s list. In early 2020, the actual colonial-style home pictured on the show was available for a limited time on Airbnb; Will Smith partnered with Airbnb to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the show, and die-hard fans were able to rent a wing of the house that had been decked out with all the 90s nostalgia imaginable.

The next highest amount on the list is the cost of two homes, the six-bedroom, five-bathroom family home from Home Alone, and the three-story, five-bedroom, four-bathroom, Victorian-style house we see on Full House, both homes would run you $3,500,000. Fans flock to San Francisco every day to get a picture outside the beautiful Full House home, which in real life is known as one of the Painted Ladies. Seven houses make up the Painted Ladies and they are set on what is referred to as Postcard Row. In scenes from Home Alone, we see the iconic brick exterior of the home, as well as interior shots of the living room and the foyer’s now famous grand staircase.

Carrie Bradshaw's one-bedroom apartment in Sex and the City on the Upper East Side would cost approximately $700,000. The interior of Carrie’s apartment is another one that doesn’t exist, it's just a figment of the set designer’s imagination, but it does embody Carrie as a character for the show, most people looking for New York apartments would die to have the kitchen that Carrie uses as closet space.
