Luke Perry, who played Dylan McKay in the ’90s hit, Beverly Hills, 90210, has placed his Los Angeles pad on the market for $2.9 million.

The two-story, single-family home was built in the early 1930s and features Mediterranean-style interiors.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom property houses a huge living room with fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and family area, a formal dining area, a separate breakfast room, a mahogany-paneled library and den also with fireplace, and a circular staircase. Additionally, the master suite includes its own large balcony.

There’s also a basement with a completed play room, lots of closet and storage space, backyard with grassy play area and large heated pool, and separate three-car garage.

This grand estate in the prestigious Hancock Park is very private and is gated.
