Highest Penthouse on West Coast Is Asking $42M

The highest penthouse west of the Mississippi River is for sale for $42 million, according to press materials.

At 700 feet high, the full-floor unit at the 181 Fremont Residences, which are anticipated to be the tallest residences in San Francisco, are designed by interior designer Orlando Diaz Azcuy.

The 6,941-square-foot, top-floor penthouse consists of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout for 360-degree views of the entire city, the Golden Gate Bridge, Treasure Island, and beyond.
