Exploring the Hidden Luxury Streets of New York City

It’s hard to believe that a city like New York would have hidden streets that are unknown to the inhabitants, but such is the case. Fortunately, real estate website, The Real Deal, has rounded up a few of those relatively unknown side-streets.

Wondering where these exclusive streets are located? The list includes: Sniffen Court in Murray Hill, Love Lane /College Place and Grace Court Alley in Brooklyn Heights, Henderson Place in the Upper East Side, Pomander Walk of the Upper West Side, Warren Place in Cobble Hill, Collister Street in Tribeca, and Sylvan Terrace in Washington Heights.

“They come at a premium and they sell rather quickly because of the uniqueness — and because they come up so rarely,” says Nest Seekers’ Natalie Weiss to The Real Deal about a specific hideaway street.
