Haute Residence partners, Frank Kirschner and Veronica Caracciolo recently closed a sale with rapper and real-estate entrepreneur, Robert Van Winkle, aka ‘Vanilla Ice’.
Located in Palm Beach County, Florida, the executive home belonged to a Florida Lotto winner, who purchased the half-acre, 100 foot waterfront-home several years ago.
“It’s a real compliment that the successful pop-star and reality TV renovator selected our listing,” said Kirschner, who leads Palm Beach Lux Group with his business partner, Caracciolo. “It was a real pleasure dealing with him and his team,” she said.
We hope to see the home appear in a future project on Van Winkle’s popular DIY series, The Vanilla Ice Project, which showcases the Grammy-award winner’s handyman side with remarkable house makeovers.
“It’s obvious Van Winkle has a special talent doing high end make-overs,” said Kirschner. “We’re excited to see what’s in store for this home.”
