Haute Residence Broker Moira Holley Featured in the Seattle Times

Haute Residence real estate agent Moira Holley was featured in the Seattle Times’ online edition of the Pacific NW Magazine.

Haute Residence exclusive member for Seattle and founding director of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Holley appeared in journalist Tyrone Beason’s long-form narrative on how the city of the Space Needle has taken off as a desirable Gateway destination. She took Beason to some opulent estates that illustrate the Seattle’s real estate boom.

Home to multimillionaires Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos, Seattle boasts some of the highest-paid residents and the most opulent addresses that drive frenzied construction and soaring prices.

The city recently reached a population of 700,000 – a number, which also reflects the median home price, Beason reported. A race toward Seattle’s often leaden sky has resulted in a forest of high-rises, filled with luxurious condos.

One such loft is the crash pad of an out-of-city buyer, which Holley showed to Beason. In just two weeks of listing, the residence sold for $1.59 million. Holley also gave Beason a tour of a 4,500sq. ft., two-story, four-bedroom penthouse in the Market Place Tower, which is asking a little over $9 million.

Moira E. Holley is the exclusive agents representing the Seattle, Washington real estate market as a member of the Haute Residence Real Estate Network. View all of her listings here.
