Haute Estate: Pinkberry Founders List Malibu House for $3.495 Million

Pinkberry cofounders Young Lee and Shelly Hwang are selling a four bedroom, four bathroom house that comes with membership to a new private, gated section of Rambla Pacifico for $3.495 million.

Lee and Hwang purchased the Malibu home off of architect Steven Kent in 2008 after offering Kent $3.525 million. Lee is the man responsible for the Pinkberry aesthetic – which has been copied to some extent by many subsequent yogurt companies.

The home he and cofounder Hwang are selling is beautifully tricked out in Boffi, Miele and Toto and features furnishings by Guy Cnop of Linea Inc. Both the inside and outside of the home has been wired with sound systems and the house reportedly sticks so far off the hill that it looks like its nearly airborne.

Furniture inside the home may be available separately.
