Haute Estate: 60,000-Square-Foot Chateau des Fleurs in Bel-Air

Currently under construction, Chateau des Fleurs is a 60,000-square-foot super mansion located on ten sprawling acres in Bel-Air, California.

The magnificent mansion has been under construction since September of 2008 and was designed by architect William Hefner. It has a traditional French design that was developed and refined by Hefner after extensive travels and studies through France.

Featuring breathtaking views of Los Angeles, the home will be outfitted with countless indulgences, services and amenities.

According to Chateau des Fleurs’ website, some of Hefner’s other projects of note include a major remodeling and addition of a Paul Williams house in Bel-Air, the opening of a new fast food concept in Irvine, a new interior for a Beverly Hills high-rise condo featured in Metropolitan Magazine, many residences including multi-family housing complexes for both low and high income markets and large custom homes.
