Gianni Versace’s former Miami home has been reduced in price from $125M to $75M. The listing was formerly neck and neck with the country’s most expensive listing in 2012, and the seller paid 19M in total for the mansion. Regardless of the price reduction, the seller will make a tidy profit, even with its new price tag.
