A first of its kind residential development inspired by the life and legacy of Frida Kahlo is coming to the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, introducing a new blend of art, architecture, and elevated urban living.

The project, Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, is being developed by PMG in partnership with LNDMRK Development and marks the first Frida Kahlo–branded residential development. The team brings together a strong architectural and creative vision designed to complement Wynwood’s role as Miami’s cultural epicenter.

Architecture and Design Rooted in Creativity

Internationally renowned architect Carlos Ott leads the project’s design in collaboration with Miami based firm CUBE 3. Known for translating bold artistic concepts into sculptural form, Ott’s design reflects Frida Kahlo’s expressive spirit through fluid curves and a commanding architectural presence. The development will feature 244 luxury residences, thoughtfully designed to balance creativity with everyday livability.

Residences range from studios to three bedroom layouts and include fully built out closets, top of the line appliance packages, contemporary lighting, and refined modern finishes. Select residences will offer private balconies with views over Wynwood, as well as deeded office suites that support flexible live work lifestyles.

A Lifestyle Focused on Wellness and Community

Wellness is a central pillar of the development’s concept. Residents will have direct access to an on site suite of concierge style healthcare services provided by Baker Health, a New York based holistic wellness platform making its Florida debut at the property. The offering includes preventative care, personalized services, and around the clock support designed to integrate wellness seamlessly into daily life.

Amenities throughout Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences are curated to foster both inspiration and connection. Outdoor spaces include a resort style pool, shaded lounge areas, lush landscaping, and a social bar. Indoor amenities feature a state of the art fitness studio, a thermal circuit with steam and sauna rooms, cold plunge, treatment rooms, and intimate social lounges. Art installations throughout the property pay homage to Wynwood’s creative heritage and Kahlo’s lasting influence.

Located in Miami’s cultural core, the development places residents steps from landmarks such as Wynwood Walls, the Museum of Graffiti, and The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse, as well as the neighborhood’s galleries, boutiques, and dining destinations. The project is designed to offer more than a residence, creating an immersive lifestyle shaped by art, wellness, and community.

Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences reflects a collaborative effort between visionary developers and designers, bringing together architecture, culture, and lifestyle in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
