Frank Gehry-Designed Borman Residence in Malibu Listed for $57.5 Million

Malibu’s Borman Residence, designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, has been listed for $57.5 million. Built in 1989 for Burton Borman, who passed away last year, the home features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and 11,413 square feet of living space.

Malibu broker Michael Garner told LA Curbed that the Borman Residence could “top all record prices on Broad Beach if it closes,” in no small part due to the impressive 160 feet of beach frontage. In addition to the six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the home has an outdoor spa, fireplace and kitchen, a full-sized lighted tennis court, a lap pool, and more.

The home is located at 31250 Broad Beach Road, Malibu.
