Why did you choose Real Estate?
I have chosen a career in real estate because I have a genuine love for people and derive immense satisfaction from helping them achieve their goals. Whether it's assisting clients in buying or selling their property, I find it incredibly rewarding to see them secure their future. Having personally experienced life's ups and downs, I empathize with my clients and bring a heartfelt approach to everything I do. What was your journey to where you are today?
The journey that led me here has been nothing short of remarkable. As an immigrant from former Yugoslavia, my parents and I arrived in Canada as entrepreneurial Croatians with only a few hundred dollars and limited English proficiency. Through sheer resilience and hard work, we established ourselves in the real estate industry, starting from cleaning office buildings to eventually owning them. Our determination was fueled by the desire to ensure that poverty would not be felt by future generations.
With a strong emphasis on education, I ventured into the consulting world and opened my own company. I taught sales and led multiple teams in the Vacation Ownership industry, driven by my yearning to explore the world and leave behind my family in Toronto, Canada. In 1999, I made the bold decision to move to the United States, eager to embark on new opportunities.
Though my path eventually led me to real estate development, it was not without its challenges. I encountered skepticism and uncertainty from those who doubted my ability to navigate a male-dominated industry. Nevertheless, I remained resolute and focused on my vision.
Over the course of two decades, I honed my skills in selling fractional ownership and later transitioned into being an agent in prestigious areas like Beverly Hills, California, and Miami.
These experiences allowed me to gain invaluable knowledge and expertise in the real estate field.
The journey has been challenging yet incredibly rewarding. I am grateful for the path that led me here and the opportunities that lie ahead. With dedication, perseverance, and a deep love for what I do, I am excited to continue making a difference in the world of real estate.

What is your biggest success story to date?
One of my biggest success stories involves the acquisition and restoration of the oldest hotel in Branson, Missouri, which has a rich history dating back to 1903. Through perseverance and overcoming numerous challenges, I successfully rejuvenated the hotel, addressing infrastructure needs, renovating, and decorating it to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This project taught me the importance of resilience and seeing projects through to the end.
Beyond the hotel, I also took on the revitalization of the adjacent bar, restaurant, and a block of buildings that held great historical significance to the community. By undertaking this endeavor, I not only contributed to the preservation of Branson's heritage but also provided a gathering place for both locals and tourists.
The restoration of this historic property and the development of the surrounding area have been a true labor of love. As a symbol of love rather than anger, I proudly have a mascot in the form of a vibrant hot pink bull. Victor the Bull has become an iconic figure featured in newspapers. It serves as a testament to my dedication to honoring the past while creating a vibrant and thriving space for the present and future.
