Designed by the local rising star, Kurt Dannwolf, of O’Donnell, Dannwolf & Partners the Villa’s copper-colored exoskeleton adds a unique architectural masterpiece to the cityscape. Rising 650 feet and 58 stories into the sky, the crystalline tower will be an exclusive home to as few as 50 families. Inside, The Villa is a wonderland of opulence with full-floor vertical villas that offer a full range of 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the city below.

The interior design of the complex was gracefully handed over to Vicky Charles of Charles & Co. Charles is recognized for her impeccable work as former design director at Miami hot spot, Soho House and for commissions of notable clients including Sony Music, George and Amal Clooney, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, David and Victoria Beckham, and more.
