Why did you choose Real Estate?
I chose Real Estate because I've always had a strong passion for it. Even as a young child, I loved to play Monopoly, decorate, remodel, and had an interest in architecture and homes.
What was your journey to where you are today?
It took a lot of very dedicated time and focus. Always having integrity with my clients got me to where I am today.
What is one of your favorite client stories?
When I coach my clients and they trust my advice. I had a client that trusted my advice, and renovated and staged their home per my suggestions. They got $2,605,000 for their home, because of their trust in me.
What is your biggest success story to date?
My first sale in Falcon Hills that broke a record. For years, they couldn't get sales over a certain price point, and I got $200,000 over the highest recorded sale in the neighborhood. Everyone thought it couldn't be done, and I did it, and I consistently get top dollar in that neighborhood!
What makes your market unique?
The Denver market is unique because there is anything from an 1890s home to a new construction home in the same neighborhood. People have a lot of great choices to fit their needs and style!
