Tribeca is one of Manhattan’s most vibrant and unique neighbors. While it’s small, the neighborhood is comprised of older rehabilitated loft buildings and now a mixture of newer glass condominiums. It is situated steps from SoHo, Greenwich Village, and the newly-revitalized Financial District. Though it has some of the city’s greatest restaurants and clubs, it also offers one of the most well-reputed school districts in Manhattan, attracting everyone from celebrities to families.
