Danny stresses the need to be careful when optimizing a technology stack. As every company works in different ways, he believes The first step is to understand the challenges, culture, alignment, assess the current tools and create goals and expectations.

Once those are clear they can proceed to test the new strategy with a pilot team and track the results closely to analyze if the desired goals were achieved.
