Engel & Völkers Miami recently sold a 25,976 square-foot parcel at 1449-1452 Brickell Avenue, the last of raw land available east of Brickell Ave. The buyer, PMG Acquisitions, plans to build Echo Brickell, a boutique condominium featuring 166 residential units, ground floor retail space, water views and more.
Construction is planned to begin in 2014, so stay tuned for the details!
