Highlight quotes:

Jennifer Ames: "The more affluent people are, the more they're... A lot of our sales have been under $1 million. The younger people are really excited about the low interest rates and they're getting out. They don't have money tied up in the stock market and they're pumped to take advantage of the deals that are out there."

Lourdes Alatriste: "Videos are beautiful and lure somebody in, but there is nothing like seeing it with your own eyes... In Florida, it has been easier to get around. I have been showing houses that are not owner-occupied. I get around with my mask and gloves."

Paul Benson: "Space is the new luxury. Clients are looking for space, privacy. They're looking to get on a trail, to be in a community that has a better hospital system that is not overrun... We have to have a plan that is long-term. It's going to be a moving target but we have to get used to doing business this way."

Paul Gavriani: "We have seen a tremendous amount of people fleeing to safety. There's a Spring market here in The Hamptons that never happened before in extremely high numbers. And the SUmmer market has kicked in. Because agents can't show (in person), people are renting things off of the listing."

Nicole Van Parys: "The quicker you come back from a tragedy, the quicker that you will understand other people's values. When you do, you can then give of yourself again, relate to your clients, and see what their needs are."
