Elvis Presley’s Graceland West Lists for $3.7 Million

e1

Elvis Presley‘s former Palm Springs home is the subject of plenty of controversy, and now it’s hit the market at $3.7M. Though it’s no Graceland mansion and it’s certainly not the singer’s Beverly Hills Estate, the former owner Reno Fontana played up the property’s association with the rockstar. This Albert Frey-designed home could be the perfect purchase for a fan.

Inside, the space offers great views, four bedrooms, 5,000 square feet of living space, black and white tiled floors, a rather dated kitchen, high ceilings and more. We hope the purchaser will give this home a little love!

Outside, the property offers an in-ground pool, sauna, wet bar and a covered entertaining space.
