After purchasing a grand estate in the mountains above Beverly Hills for a staggering $75 million just last spring, the Grammy-winning rapper Drake is already looking to part ways with the property. Listed for sale at a whopping $88 million, the resort-style paradise is up for grabs on the open market, as first reported by TMZ.

The nearly 25,000-square-foot mansion was originally designed by the prolific architects at KAA Design Group for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano and boasted Old World interiors. However, these were later renovated by English pop star Robbie Williams, who bought the property in 2015 for $33 million.

Nestled high in the hills above Benedict Canyon, the house offers stunning views of the canyon, city, and ocean, framed by mature olive trees and ancient oaks. The property can be accessed via gates and a long driveway, with an 11-car garage and ample parking. The neutral interiors are staged in a soothingly minimalist style, with bespoke finishes including marble and custom woodwork.

However, it is the sprawling grounds that truly steal the show, with the estate featuring one of the largest lawn areas in the 90210, a full-size tennis court, an outdoor kitchen, and a “hidden” orchard. Spanning nearly 20 acres, the property also includes rugged hillside terrain.

Despite his apparent willingness to part with his Beverly Hills estate, Drake still owns a 50,000-square-foot mansion in his hometown of Toronto, Canada, in the affluent Bridle Path neighborhood.

The estate is jointly listed by Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group.
