Dennis Quaid recently parted with his Pacific Palisades Los Angeles home. Though he purchased the space in February for $3.1M for Kimberly Buffington and his children, he was able to flip it for a bit of a profit only a few months later.

Quaid and his estranged wife Buffington may have recently purchased a $5.1M Mediterranean-style home in the area, this time together.
