Beginning with St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort & Residences, scheduled to open at the end of 2025, the property will offer 160 rooms and 84 luxury private residences. Designed by Mexican architecture studio Sordo Madaleno, the space will boast several restaurants, a spa, a fitness room, a pier, a kids club, a beach club, and other upscale amenities.
St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort & Residences

Across the Caribbean Sea on Isla Mujeres, AB Living will also unveil Almare, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort. Set to open in 2024, the adults-only resort will present a collection of residences in development with 105 rooms showcasing an innovative approach to vernacular architecture. With interiors inspired by local design elements, the property will include four dining venues, two swimming pools, a vibrant beach club, and more.

2026 presents two additional projects, beginning with JW Marriott All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres. The 283-room property is set to showcase six dining destinations, several swimming pools, and 53 residences. Further, W Costa Mujeres is set to open as a 300-room adults-only all-inclusive resort featuring indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, five globally inspired restaurants, bars, lounges, expansive swimming pools, and 10 residences. All these premium amenities will be nestled within a 70,000 square-foot central entertainment venue named “The Village,” connecting the two resorts.

Altogether, these four projects from AB Living will bring nearly 1,000 new resort rooms and 182 residences to the region, redefining Costa Mujeres as a luxury destination.
