With breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway, interior designers Giselle Loor Sugerman and Brett Sugerman of B+G Design created a dynamic setting for their clients’ entertaining lifestyle.

While the couple remained consistently involved throughout the design process, Loor and Sugerman conceived a unique home with clean lines and organic elements throughout.

The living room is accentuated with soft tones of taupe, gray and white with a blackened steel and grey glass stairway adding a mid-century influence within the space. A linear gas fireplace crafted with smoky mirrors and a floating antiqued marble hearth establishes an ideal focal point for the living room.

To enhance the continuity between the spaces of the living and family rooms, Loor and Sugerman designed a feature wall with built-in channels of LED light along with twin LED downlights, creating a riveting effect. A flat panel television centered in a niche within the rift cut oak paneling provides a calming place to unwind in the family room.

The state-of-the-art kitchen features white quartz countertops with an eye-catching Calacatta marble backsplash. The clean, tailored and aesthetically pleasing culinary space is completed with leather-clad, black aluminum counter stools set at the exquisite breakfast bar.

With soothing colors, lush fabrics, and integrated LED light radiating from the oak tongue-and-groove ceiling, the master bedroom is the idyllic space for a relaxed mood. A motorized wall-mounted TV, floating lacquered cabinetry, and a textural wall covering from Phillip Jeffries adds a dramatic flair to the area.

Calacatta Lincoln marble slabs from Opustone complements the radiant caged light fixture adding unique character to the spa-inspired master bathroom. The custom shower features “smart glass,” which transitions from transparent to translucent at the touch of a switch for ultimate privacy. The elegant bathroom also houses a freestanding Victoria + Albert tub for optimal relaxation.

The 9,000 square foot waterfront home delivers an exceptional aesthetic with a multitude of entertainment options, bringing the couple’s dreams to an architectural reality.
