Christina Aguilera Finally Sells Beverly Hills Mansion After 2 Years on Market

Singer and The Voice host Christina Aguilera has sold her Beverly Hills mansion after listing it for $13.5 million. The uniquely decorated estate was on the market for two years and was once the home Aguilera shared with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman.

This gated and private Mediterranean-style estate is full of style, creative décor and unique accents, and includes gorgeous moldings and high ceilings throughout, according to the listing. Upon entering the home’s grand foyer, you’ll see a sweeping staircase that leads up to the master suite, which features a fireplace, lounge and his/her baths and a walk-in closet. The home also has a colorful children’s room, a gym, game room, gift-wrapping area, movie room, beauty salon, guesthouse with a recording studio, pool with waterslide, grotto, spa, BBQ area and a custom pagoda for entertaining. The listing notes that the property was only shown to pre-qualified clients only.

AOL Real Estate reports that Aguilera and Bratman purchased the home from the Osbournes for $11.5 million in 2007.
