Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky are currently in contract to buy a $10.5 million apartment at The Whitman, a newly launched condo building near Madison Square Park, reports Curbed. Located at 21 East 26th Street, the 5,000 square-foot unit features four bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a home office, spacious den and picturesque park views.
Clinton’s parents, Bill and Hillary, stopped by last week to take a look around and even posed for photos with building workers.
