Grammer—married to actor Kelsey Grammer, best known for his role on the TV sitcom, “Fraiser”—is a former Real Housewife of Beverly Hills. Last year, the asking price for her Serra Road estate dropped a million dollars, with the mansion originally listed at $17.5 million.
The estate sits on 4.75 stunning hillside acre and features a gourmet kitchen designed by Wolfgang Puck, a master ocean-view suite, a state-of-the-art home theater, and a horseback riding area that boasts a nine-stall barn. It is situated close to riding trails.
Reportedly, the projected monthly mortgage on Grammer’s Malibu property is $53,941, nearly $30,000 more than the rate on the ex-couple’s large Colorado cabin, which is listed at $6.995 million.
