The music and makeup magnate, colloquially known as RiRi, has further established her career as a business and real estate mogul by listing her 5,900-square-foot Beverly Hills farmhouse estate for rent. Monthly rental at Rihanna’s mansion definitely comes with a hefty fee, $80,000 per month, but with RiRi as your potential landlord, it is a price tag that super-fans and/or luxury home enthusiasts alike could be willing to splurge on.
Rihanna’s recent rental offering is represented by James Harris with The Agency, and is her most expensive listing price to date, for good reason; the grandiose Beverly Hills home rental listing comes just seven months after the beloved superstar purchased the $13.75M luxury residence. Rihanna’s now available rental home boasts five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Potential renters will enjoy a clean and classic elevated estate featuring cool-toned palettes of white walls, grey hipped roofs, and stone and brick detailing. The impressive home greets renters with a covered porch, includes two balconies, a stylish yet intimate sunken fire pit, and a courtyard to which guests are led to by chevron printed, light-colored wooden flooring and through black-trimmed glass pivot doors. The elaborate and different flooring theme, as well as the serendipitous color scheme, continue with a beautiful mosaic of grey, black, and white tiling adjacent to the aforementioned courtyard. As much as we hope that Rihanna will drop new music soon, it truly does seem that she aims to continue working on her real estate developments and portfolio. Directly neighboring her phenomenal Beverly Hills rental listing, Rihanna purchased a $10M Tudor-style estate in April. She also owns a Hollywood Hills villa, which also happens to be listed for rent, a luxury historic London home, a Century City penthouse, a Wilshire Corridor condo, and a special-to-her mansion in Barbados. It is without a doubt that the famed businesswoman, makeup tycoon, and grammy-winning artist continues to learn, grow, and inspire, and we cannot wait to see what she takes on next.
