Build a Home in Four Hours with QB2 Cube House

1

Building a living space in four hours? Unheard of…well, until now. Taking microliving to a whole new level, QB2’s Cube House, created by Dr. Mike Page, offers 9.8ft by 13.12ft of living space spread across three (very small) stories. We’re thinking this kit might be a fun and luxurious addition to the backyard for teens, but the space is livable for the right person and can sleep two people.

Dr. Mike Page claims the cube house is “as easy to build as an Ikea Billy bookcase,” though you’ll have to see it to believe it. Inside, this space offers a spiral staircase that doubles as a bookcase, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

Depending on your design preferences, the home kit will be sold between $16,000 and $72,000.
