Brooklyn Nets Star Deron Williams Buys TriBeCa Penthouse for $15.8 Million

Brooklyn Nets guard Deron Williams recently purchased a 6,800-square-foot penthouse loft in Manhattan’s trendy TriBeCa neighborhood for $15.8 million, reports the New York Post. Located at 35 North Moore Street, the six-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom residence in the Merchant’s House condo conversion features a sprawling 3,000 square feet of outdoor space. There’s even a bridge built over a lilly pond!

The unit also boasts a modern great room with 17-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a floating staircase, skylights and a “restaurant-grade” stainless-steel kitchen outfitted with a commercial range, dishwasher and two industrial refrigerators.
