Brazilian Billionaire Approves New Luxury Condo Development Next To Giselle Bundchen in Surfside

Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management, led by internationally recognized Brazilian developer José Isaac Peres, has secured approvals for a 12-story, high-end boutique residential building in Surfside. The small and exclusive beachfront community in Miami Beach is one of the most desirable luxury residential waterfront areas in South Florida. Surfside is also where Brazilian top model Giselle Bundchen has just acquired an $11.5 Million new residence directly across from ex-husband Tom Brady’s under-construction mansion on Indian Creek Island.

José Peres has longstanding ties to Miami, being the visionary behind a pair of landmark South Florida projects – the concept of Jade on Brickell Bay and the development of Il Villaggio on Ocean Drive.

Multiplan’s new project located at 9317 Collins Avenue is expected to be officially launched in the first quarter of 2023. It will be comprised of only 25 exquisite residences, each capturing the spirit of luxury yacht design and the serenity of a private seaside villa. Designed by globally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica and interiors by revered interior designer Carla Guilhem, the project leverages its proximity to the Atlantic.
