Brandon Boyd Lowers Asking Price on Venice Party Pad

Incubus front man Brandon Boyd has just relisted his home for $3.195 million; reduced from the $3.495 million it was listed for in December.

Formerly a 1940’s hotel, the property was remodeled as a residence. Complete with 12-foot high ceilings, exposed brick walls and a deck with spectacular ocean views, the Venice, CA home is the ultimate party house. We wonder if the new buyer will share Boyd’s passion or simply want to live like a rock star.
