Luxury brand Bottega Veneta just got gorgeous new headquarters in an 18th-century Villa in the Veneto area of northern Italy. Not too shabby!

President Marco Bizzarri tells WWD, “This is a sector where you invest in people, and we wanted to create a cocoon to make our employees feel at home and pampered.”

Bottega Veneta will obtain Platinum LEED certification, making the group the first Italian company to reach that standard in the luxury sector. Bottega Veneta restored the 54,000-square-foot villa, a historic building, with a water recycling system and 75% recycled materials.
