Boston’s skyline has officially welcomed a new residential landmark with the completion of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower, now offering some of the tallest homes in the city and a first look inside one of its most anticipated luxury developments.
Rising above the historic South Station transit hub, the tower stands 690 feet tall and introduces a new level of branded living to downtown Boston. The residences begin on the 36th floor, placing homeowners well above the city’s energy with uninterrupted views stretching across the skyline and Boston Harbor.

Elevated Living Above the City
At this address, urban living meets resort-style amenities. Residents have access to a 36th-floor outdoor pool and a landscaped, one-acre private Sky Park positioned more than 100 feet above the city streets. The setting offers a rare balance of privacy, scale, and open-air space in the heart of one of the country’s major metropolitan centers.
The tower also sits above office space leased by major firms including Ken Griffin’s Citadel and reportedly, JPMorgan, reinforcing South Station Tower’s role as a mixed-use destination that blends residential, commercial, and transit access within a single vertical community.

Residences with Panoramic Views
Inside, the newly completed homes range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, each designed to frame postcard-worthy views of the city and waterfront. Floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize natural light and height, while the photographed penthouse showcases the tower’s most expansive offering. Prices for select residences reach up to $14 million.

A Design Legacy
Interiors were designed by Jeffrey Beers International, marking one of the final projects by the late Jeffrey Beers. Select residences were staged by Boston-based design firm Quadra, highlighting the homes’ modern finishes and refined material palette.

With its completion, The Ritz-Carlton Residences at South Station Tower introduce a new standard for high-rise living in Boston, blending architectural scale, elevated amenities, and a legacy luxury brand into one of the city’s most significant residential developments in decades.
