Haute Residence Network partner in Costa Rica Blue Zone Realty International will be honored for the second consecutive year as the “Best Real Estate Agency, Costa Rica” at this year’s edition of the prestigious USA & Americas Property Awards, taking place virtually on November 10 2020.

The USA & Americas Property Awards, now in their 27th year covering over 45 different residential and commercial categories, are decided by an independent panel of 80 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The panel is headed by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

The Awards are spread throughout Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific, with “heats” staged for each region. The top winners per region are then entered in the international award nominations, culminating in the announcement of the International and World’s Best winners.
