Flanked by two cameramen, Billy Nash, sporting an I-mean-business ensemble of dark pants, white dress shirt and aviator sunglasses, stood at the manicured front lawn of a multi-million residence in the heart of Miami Beach. Later he took to social media to post a snap of the $25.9 million estate, teasing his thousands of followers with a behind-the-scene peak of shooting the third season of “Selling Mega Mansions,” where he is one of the star brokers.

Nash is to invite viewers inside some of South Florida’s most opulent homes in seven episodes of the AWE Networks hit reality show. For the cable network’s U.S. and international audience of 50 million households, he is to open the doors to some of the most spectacular mansions in some of the most exclusive communities in all of America.

There is no other real estate professional who is more talented and more skilled to showcase – by land and sea – these estates than Billy Nash. Leading the Nash Luxury team with the prominent Keyes Company-Illustrated Properties, Nash has rapidly ascended and become an authority in the upscale luxury real estate market in one of the most desirable locations in the world – South Florida. After a successful 20-year career on Wall Street, he has amassed over $100 million in sales in under three years, along with earning the Keyes’ Rookie of the Year accolade in 2016. Nash is also the top individual producer in the entire company of over 3,600 agents.

“Billy Nash has consistently utilized the Keyes technology, marketing, infrastructure and implemented his own creative and innovative strategies to become a household name in the luxury real estate,” Keyes Vice President of Luxury Kevin Leonard saidin a press statement. “His starring role on ‘Selling Mega Mansions’ is another example of that. We congratulate Billy and Tracy Wheelock of Nash Luxury and can’t wait to see them in action.”

Nash’s acclaim, in part, lies with the prestigious reputation of The Keyes Company, which, ever since its formation in 1926, has maintained its status of an elite brokerage. With more than $7 billion in real estate services across its Family of Companies in 2017, it is the largest independently owned real estate firm in Florida and among the Top 30 firms in the United States.

“It is an honor to represent Keyes-Illustrated Properties in a Luxury Real Estate show that will be seen around the world,” Nash said in a press statement. “The 12-hour days of filming were long, but it was an awesome experience and an opportunity for people around the world to see what we do best. A special thanks to Peter Dirlis and Robert Bennett at [show producer] Supermassive Productions and director Jeff Boos for their hard work and professionalism.”
