How did the third quarter of 2020 real estate perform in Southwest Ranches?
The third quarter was particularly strong, with very solid demand for ultra-luxury properties with amenities, due to the COVID restrictions nationwide. We have noticed a real spike in demand for one of a kind properties that focused in the luxury lifestyle.

How has your market been doing so far this year compared to this time last year?
We are seeing exponential growth in our market and we expect the emergence of new ultra-luxury projects, such as AKAI Estates will solidify Southwest Ranches as one of the top residential destinations in Florida.

Do you expect a more or less active 4th quarter for this year than previous years?
We expect to see the demand to remain string through the end of the year, due to multiple variables that make the Florida value proposition very attractive. We are all looking forward to a very strong end of the year!
