After getting married to Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck has decided he no longer wants to live in his Palisades bachelor pad. Ben Affleck purchased it for $19 million in 2018 when he and his first wife Jennifer Garner divorced but it is now listed for just under $30 million.
But, the price is well worth it. This is a gorgeous gated home with 13,453 square feet of living space. There are 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, and many other rooms including a wellness room, lounge, home theater, recreational room, bar, wine cellar, and gym. There is also an outdoor pool, spa, and kitchen as well as an extra guesthouse.
That's not including all the luxurious designer materials, like a slide to enter the pool, built-in shelves in the office, and gorgeous wallpaper in the second family room.

So what is he giving up this property for? Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were apparently looking at a $50 million mansion in Bel Air, but it didn't work out. Instead, this couple and their children are leasing a home by James Packer until the remodels of Jennifer Lopez's Bel Air home are finished where they will all live together.
