American actor and filmmaker Ben Affleck has closed escrow on a $20.5M mansion located in the Pacific Palisades. This purchase became official only a few short weeks after he and his wife Jennifer Lopez put their marital house, located in Beverly Hills, up for sale for $68M, amidst the couple having rumored “marital troubles.”
Before purchasing his new L.A. residence, it was revealed that Affleck had been renting a home in Los Angeles, specifically within the Brentwood area, before ultimately deciding to purchase the property.
Affleck’s new home is reported to have five bedrooms, six bathrooms, breakfast and dining spaces, as well as a separate family room. Additional features include a guest house, a media room, walk-in closets, a movie room, and so much more.
