In the glamorous setting of Saltburn, the spotlight is claimed by the Catton family estate and the captivating looks of Barry Keoghan and Jacob Elordi. Emerald Fennell's cinematic masterpiece, 'Saltburn,' reveals a significant price tag as real estate experts unveil the substantial cost of the lavish 'Saltburn' estate, exposing the immense wealth portrayed in the film.

Agent Advice, a well-known real estate expert, assessed the Drayton Estate's value using ONS property data, a geocoding system, and a land value estimator. Situated in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside of England, the Drayton Estate is a substantial investment featuring rental properties and expansive farmland.

Valued at an impressive £42.5 million ($54 million), the Drayton Estate, which served as the filming location for Saltburn, spans 200 acres and includes the historic Drayton House. Drayton House, the heart of the estate, is a 127-room Grade I listed country house with a floor space exceeding 7,000 sq m. According to Agent Advice's assessment, the value of Drayton House alone is approximately £17.2 million ($21.8 million), making it the most valuable piece of the estate.

Drayton House is grand, with drawing rooms, a library, a chapel, and opulent hallways. This luxurious space also includes a beautiful courtyard and multiple lush gardens. It's noteworthy that the garden maze in Saltburn was created through filmmaking magic, using sets and CGI.
